 Hi,That was my first look at this software. So far the download went fine, attempt the installation last nite, it look like everything went fine, until i tried the run the program and nothing happen, the desktop shortcut did not run," as looking for the web assisstant to run" try to run it thru the software itself, and the same appear. " the software looking on program to run this"should i attempt to un-install and retry again, or anything is missing?Cheers david

 You advertised a free product but with out stating the limitations. Only after I download and installed it did I find out how limited your \"free\" product is. I immediately uninstalled it.Hopefully you will find that up front honesty is the best policy.

 Absolutely brilliant program. I installed and ran this with absolutely no difficulty. I run a network that is geographically dispersed and we have a large variety of different IT assets as we have swallowed up several smaller companies in recent months. This program gave me incredible detail for all comptuters, printers and network devices across our network. It has literally saved me HOURS of work trying to gather this information manually. I would have not hesitate to recommending this program to other network managers.
 Useless to me I could not get the program to give me any information about the computers on my network. It installed fine as far as I can tell, but when I try to run it, the progress bar stops about 9/10ths of the way to the end, with no further progress. The only way I could terminate the program is by restarting my machine. Even task manager wouldn't shut it down. I did this twice, giving the program at least five minutes to complete whatever process it was running. No luck.At the five minute point the second time around, I got ...

 This was an excellent product for an entry level inventory management system. I had some difficulty with integrating it into the Vista operating system, but if you can work through the glitches, it should work well.
I downloaded your product but did not install it. Upon reading the specs, I saw that it was not the solution I was looking for. No disrespect for your product, I just decided to go in another direction. I have deleted it off my hard drive. I cannot rightfully review this product as I haven\'t actually used it.
